Magdallena Poplawska, a psychologist and psychotherapist, introduced the meeting about “Active listening” highlighting the importance of body language and posture. She focused on:

technics about active listening as reflecting, using a specific volume voice, clarifying (as concentrating on the most important aspects of the conversation) as batter understanding, appreciating the other person, summarizing to organize all the information

Common mistakes: asking for excessive details, not let the conversation finish, finishing phrases instead of the speaker.
In conclusion: HEAR MORE AND TALK LESS.
The workshop went on with a really amazing role-play activity divided in little groups where students have to resolve a teenager scuola conflict.
To promote groups integration and get them more in contact, Polish students proposed some sport activities in their gym.
Then, our groups continued with their presentations about active listening in the field of mediation.
We continued our learning morning with the expert psychologist Anna Czerniakiewicz, who proposed activities about Active Listening that students had to complete in groups realizing posters from different phrases about this topic.
In the afternoon the Greek, Polish and Italian delegations walked around the city center.
