Rethinking pedagogy is a project addressed to teachers willing to face the challenges related to making competence-based education a reality in their classrooms and to involve their colleagues in the overall change of the school pedagogy.
To reach this goal a school has the need to create a group of motivated teachers that will have the task of helping their colleagues rethink their teaching practice and guide them in a renewal process.
